2. Initiate legal, valuation, CIBIL, and other verification reports

4. Responsible for PDC/NACH replenishment to ensure regular repayment of EMI.
5. Responsible for tracking and collecting all Post Disbursed Documents, including Loan Closure letters on the takeover, Collecting Sale Deeds for new purchases, and sending them to HO

1. Approval/Appraisal of projects and property within the area
2. Scrutiny of document and preparation of Technical Reports
3. Collection of information relating to Project and Builders
4. To ensure due diligence during approval and keep a check on frauds relating to a property
5. Adherence to TAT and tracking and Collection of Technical OTC/PDD
